Every employee signs a legally binding contract committing to work with your company for a minimum of one year. This contract clearly defines their responsibilities and obligations. If an employee leaves early without honoring the contract, they forfeit their final salary, experience letter, and any accumulated security funds — these are non-refundable in such cases.
We deduct a portion of each employee’s monthly salary as a security amount. This amount accumulates until it reaches 100% of their monthly salary. If the employee breaches the contract or leaves prematurely, this security is forfeited and will not be refunded.
We take data protection seriously. Our contracts include clauses to prevent employees from sabotaging client data or misusing sensitive information. In the unlikely event of any data breach or misconduct, Crewance will fully support you in taking appropriate legal actions against the employee to protect your business.
Clients opting for our Team Management Plan receive a dedicated office space with live CCTV access, allowing you to monitor your employees remotely and ensure productivity.

The client provides us with clear job requirements, preferred experience, skills, and working model (remote or in-house).
A one-time agency fee of $50 is required to begin the hiring process.

Our recruitment team begins sourcing, screening, and shortlisting top candidates tailored to your role. We aim to deliver within 7–14 business days.
Once we’ve shortlisted candidates, you’ll receive their profiles and get direct access to conduct final interviews at your convenience.
Didn’t find the perfect fit? No problem. We’ll revise and share more options based on your feedback — at no extra charge, until you're satisfied.
Once the client selects a candidate:
We hire the employee in-house or remotely, as per your preference
We sign two contracts:
Agency ↔ Employee: One-year legal agreement with clear terms
Client ↔ Agency: Ensures responsibilities, expectations, and HR coverage
A refundable security deduction is taken monthly from the employee’s salary to ensure retention and accountability
For in-house employees: Office space is assigned with full supervision
For remote employees: We maintain all contract rules and HR oversight
For clients hiring 5 or more employees, we offer premium setup:
Dedicated private office — no external access
Live CCTV camera and network access for real-time monitoring
A complete, trusted environment — fully managed by Crewance
