We’re hiring a results-driven SEO Associate to help our client teams improve search visibility, increase organic traffic, and drive measurable growth through smart on-page and off-page strategies.

About the Role

As an SEO Associate, you’ll support multiple client accounts with SEO strategy execution — from content optimization to backlink outreach and technical audits. You’ll work closely with digital marketers and content teams to ensure best practices are followed and search performance continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits

  • Optimize on-page elements: meta tags, headings, content, internal links

  • Collaborate with content teams on SEO-focused blog posts and landing pages

  • Execute link-building and outreach strategies

  • Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush

  • Identify and troubleshoot SEO issues (indexing, crawl errors, etc.)

  • Stay up-to-date with Google algorithm updates and SEO trends

  • Deliver regular reports and actionable insights to account managers and clients

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of SEO experience (agency or in-house)

  • Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

  • Proficient in tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, and GSC

  • Familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
