Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled Account Manager to help us ensure client satisfaction, build long-term partnerships, and drive account growth through thoughtful relationship management.
As an Account Manager at Crewance, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and delivery teams. You’ll manage key accounts, support remote employee success, and ensure each client feels heard, supported, and empowered. Your role is both strategic and hands-on — focused on relationship building, retention, and measurable growth.
Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, nurturing trust and long-term success.
Retention Strategy: Proactively develop and implement plans to reduce churn and maximize satisfaction.
Custom Growth Planning: Align with client goals to build tailored solutions and success roadmaps.
Issue Resolution: Handle concerns with urgency and empathy, ensuring smooth team performance.
Upsell & Expansion: Identify new opportunities for additional roles or services that align with client needs.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with HR, operations, and project managers to ensure performance standards are met.
Reporting & Insights: Track performance metrics, gather feedback, and use data to continuously improve account health.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience managing client accounts or HR partnerships
Strong understanding of agency operations or staffing models
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident with tools like CRMs, Slack, Trello, or Asana
Proactive mindset with attention to detail and follow-through
