About the Role

This is a strategic role designed for someone who excels in client success, retention, and relationship management. As an Account Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients — ensuring smooth team performance, client satisfaction, and account growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retention Strategy: Design and implement account plans that reduce churn and build lasting partnerships

  • Client Success Planning: Understand client goals and develop tailored strategies for team growth and alignment

  • Issue Resolution: Address challenges proactively and ensure client expectations are exceeded

  • Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor and build deep rapport with client stakeholders

  • Value Optimization: Identify pain points, recommend staffing solutions, and ensure team effectiveness

  • Upsell & Cross-Sell: Spot opportunities to expand services and support account scalability

  • Support & Enablement: Ensure clients have all resources needed for team success and performance

  • Performance Reporting: Monitor team KPIs, report on deliverables, and refine retention strategies using feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience managing accounts or client relationships

  • Familiarity with digital agencies or outsourcing operations

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving ability

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic project management platforms
