This is a strategic role designed for someone who excels in client success, retention, and relationship management. As an Account Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients — ensuring smooth team performance, client satisfaction, and account growth.
Retention Strategy: Design and implement account plans that reduce churn and build lasting partnerships
Client Success Planning: Understand client goals and develop tailored strategies for team growth and alignment
Issue Resolution: Address challenges proactively and ensure client expectations are exceeded
Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor and build deep rapport with client stakeholders
Value Optimization: Identify pain points, recommend staffing solutions, and ensure team effectiveness
Upsell & Cross-Sell: Spot opportunities to expand services and support account scalability
Support & Enablement: Ensure clients have all resources needed for team success and performance
Performance Reporting: Monitor team KPIs, report on deliverables, and refine retention strategies using feedback
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field
2+ years of experience managing accounts or client relationships
Familiarity with digital agencies or outsourcing operations
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving ability
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic project management platforms
