1. Definitions

  • Client: Any business or individual hiring employees or HR services through Crewance.

  • Employee: Any person hired or managed through Crewance under a contract.

  • Service: Any recruitment, HR, hosting, or administrative support provided by Crewance.

2. Scope of Services

Crewance offers:

  • Talent sourcing and recruitment

  • Employee contracts and legal compliance

  • Monthly payroll and HR operations

  • On-site workspace and monitoring options

  • Remote team management

The client agrees that services are delivered as per the agreed pricing plan or custom package.

3. Payment Terms

  • Crewance charges 10% of the employee’s monthly salary as a service fee.

  • Payments are due on the same schedule as employee salaries.

  • Custom arrangements or bulk pricing are discussed and confirmed in writing.

4. Employee Contracts and Security

  • All employees are required to sign a 1-year binding contract with Crewance.

  • A portion of their salary is deducted each month as security, equal to one month’s salary in total.

  • If an employee breaks the contract early or violates terms, the security is non-refundable, and they forfeit their final salary and experience letter.

5. Data Protection and Legal Support

  • Crewance includes strict confidentiality clauses in employee contracts.

  • In case of data misuse or misconduct, Crewance will fully support the client in taking legal action.

  • Clients are expected to report any violation immediately.

6. Workspace and Monitoring

  • Clients hiring 5 or more employees may request a dedicated office space under the Team Management Plan.

  • CCTV access is available for clients upon request for monitoring their hosted employees.

  • Crewance ensures professional conduct and management in all hosted workspaces.

7. Remote Employee Policy

  • The same rules apply to remote employees hired through Crewance.

  • Contracts, security deductions, and performance monitoring are handled with equal enforcement.

8. Termination of Service

  • Clients or Crewance may terminate service by giving 30 days’ written notice.

  • In case of a violation (e.g., non-payment, unethical conduct), Crewance reserves the right to suspend or end services immediately.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logo, branding, and materials — is owned by Crewance and protected under applicable copyright laws.

10. Modifications

Crewance reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of these changes.
