We’re currently hiring Web & App Developers (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, or Mobile) to join client projects across various industries — from eCommerce to SaaS.

Your Role

As a developer with Crewance, you’ll work with international clients to build, maintain, and optimize websites, web apps, and mobile applications. You’ll collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and QA testers to deliver modern, responsive, and high-performing products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites or apps (based on your skillset)

  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code

  • Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services

  • Collaborate with designers to implement UI/UX that works across devices

  • Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and optimize for performance

  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and development best practices

  • Deliver project updates and reports to the team or client as needed

Technical Requirements (Depending on Role)

Frontend:

  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript

  • React.js, Vue.js, or similar frameworks

  • Responsive design & cross-browser compatibility

Backend:

  • PHP, Node.js, Python, or other backend stacks

  • RESTful APIs, database management (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)

  • Authentication, role-based access, and server security basics

Full Stack:

  • A combination of the above, including deployment knowledge (e.g., cPanel, GitHub, Firebase, etc.)

Mobile (Optional):

  • React Native / Flutter / Android (Java/Kotlin) / iOS (Swift)

  • API integration, Firebase setup, and Play Store/App Store deployment

General Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on development experience

  • Solid understanding of version control (Git)

  • Strong problem-solving skills and code documentation habits

  • Ability to follow project requirements and deadlines

  • Good communication and remote collaboration skills
